Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice you must provide the following information in writing:

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notice please provide a representative list.
  3. Identification of the infringing material including the specific URL or URLs on our site where the allegedly infringing content appears
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  6. Your electronic or physical signature

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice we will:

  • Review the notice within 5 business days
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content if the notice is valid
  • Notify the user who posted the content where applicable
  • Keep a record of the notice

Counter Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification you may submit a counter notice. A valid counter notice must include:

  1. Your full name and contact information
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
  4. Your consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
  5. Your electronic or physical signature

We will process counter notices within 10 business days.


Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate access to our site for users who are repeat copyright infringers.
